A Heavy Item is an item that weighs more than 250lbs. Our teams can carry up to 550lbs.

For safety purposes we do not carry Grand Pianos, Organs, Miniature Grand Pianos, Large Dimensional Glass, Tanning Beds, Pool Tables, Antique Marble/Granite, Arcade Systems, Jukeboxes, or any items weighing over 550lbs.

*For coverage purposes our team can only advance up to 3 stairs while carrying a heavy item*

Valuable Item Moving

Every item placed in the truck by our team on moving day will have some sort of covering on it to protect it. We wrap most wooden, or easily scratch able surfaces, in moving blankets. Any other item will get shrink wrapped to hold the contents together.

Valuable items are our top priority when moving you. We have a High Value Inventory sheet that our team must have filled out prior to your move. Any items that are considered high in value, the customer has the option to have a crating done to prevent any damages to said item during the move.
